The Implementation of the project “Love Macedonia, enjoy your country” has started on 08.05.2010 on the City square in Skopje. The vent takes place each Saturday from 12.00 – 17.00h.  The main objective of this event is introduction of the regions through their specificities, activities, possibilities, potentials etc.

The East planning region will be presented on Saturday, 12.06.2010 from 12 – 17.00h.

The Centre for development of the East planning region and all 11(eleven) municipalities from the region will be presented with the specifics in the region: Maleshevo and Osogovo cheese, honey, wine, Kochani rise, traditional crafts and catering industry of the East planning region.
The central part of Macedonia Square will have Ethno room and Traditional barn with corn, as one of specifics and insignia of the region.
The East planning region is known for high concentration of textile and shoe industry. For that purpose, as additional content at the promotional event there will be Fashion show of famous designers from East planning region, who will introduce themselves with creative models. They are expected to attract many visitors from the country and abroad. 
The event will additionally be enriched with the presentation of singers from Festival of pop music ”Makfest”, with 25 years old tradition. “Makfest” was entry point for most of the successful musicians in the country. 
Some cultural folklore associations will also take part at the main stage event in order to present the specific dance and music from the East planning region.
