The Centre for Development of the East Planning Region and the Bureau for Regional Development organised a meeting on the following topic: "Application forms for project proposals and good practices from the previous Call” on 16.02.2010 in the Hall of the Municipality of Shtip.

At the meeting besides the Centers for Development of the East and South-East Planning Region, there were representatives from LED offices from the municipalities within the two planning regions and the GTZ Programme.
At the meeting, the manager of the Centre for Development of the East Planning Region, Mrs. Dragica Zdraveva, held an introductory speech. She stressed the importance of this meeting and the cooperation between the Bureau for Regional Development, the Centers and the municipalities.
Then, Mr. Kiro Leveski, Head of Projects management department at the Bureau for Regional Development, spoke about the upcoming call for proposals, which will be published this month, the conditions for applying and required documentation to be submitted together with the application form. He also made a retrospective of the last call for proposals at the Bureau, remarks on the call, evaluation of the project proposals, good examples of completed Application Forms, etc.
At the meeting the representatives from the municipalities and the Centres came up with  very constructive proposals and suggestions regarding the application form, accompanying documentation submitted, and the overall procedure for the evaluation of submitted projects.
