In accordance with the Law on balanced, The Centre for development of the East planning region being operational structure is responsible for development of the region. During the second half of May 2009, The Centre started with promo days , planned to be realized in all 11 municipalities in the region. The aim of the promotional events is to inform, meet and indentify potential partners in the region, who will take active participation in planning and implementing project activities. This will serve as basic for preparation of the action plan for 2010.

Implementation and promotion of the regional idea, especially in our conditions is one of basic preconditions for faster economic development and practicing EU standards.
